The service
Pentimo preserves and helps you reuse records created by supported coding agents. Desktop provides local capture, archive, search, reading, export, and context-transfer features. Optional Cloud services can include sync, restore, browser access, hosted search, and sharing. Beta and pre-release features may change, be interrupted, or be withdrawn.
Your account and content
You are responsible for your account credentials and activity. You retain your rights in content you provide. You give Stack Shuttle Limited permission to host, copy, process, and transmit content only as needed to provide, secure, and support the Cloud features you choose.
You must have the right to capture, upload, process, and share the content you use with Pentimo, including employer, client, repository, and third-party material. Do not use Pentimo to violate law, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, security controls, or another person's access restrictions.
Subscriptions and payment
Pentimo Desktop is free. Personal Cloud is offered as a recurring monthly or annual subscription at the price shown on the pricing page and at checkout. Stripe processes payments. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You authorize the recurring charges disclosed at checkout, including applicable taxes.
See the cancellation policy for how to stop renewal and the refund and dispute policy for the 30-day money-back guarantee. Storage is not separately metered, but use must remain reasonable for an individual archive and must not degrade or interfere with the service.
Acceptable use
Do not probe or bypass security, access another customer's data, distribute malware, overload the service, resell access without permission, or use Pentimo for unlawful or abusive activity. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect customers, the service, or comply with an obligation. We will try to give notice when circumstances allow.
Availability and responsibility
We work to keep Pentimo reliable, but the service is provided without a promise that it will always be available, error-free, or suitable as your only copy of important data. Keep independent backups of material you cannot replace. Preview generated context and shared material before relying on or publishing it.
Ending use
You may stop using Desktop at any time and cancel Cloud as described in the cancellation policy. Cancellation does not automatically delete your account, Cloud content, local archives, or user-created exports. Contact support for a Cloud account deletion request.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as Pentimo changes. A new effective date will be posted here, and material changes will be communicated through a reasonable service channel. Pentimo is operated by Stack Shuttle Limited. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
